ANINE BING offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the return packing slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
